My thoughts:

Evan York is deaf and it’s not doing anything for his love life. In fact, if he wasn’t helping out his best friend by writing posts for her ‘Dating for Deafies’ blog, he would have given up on the concept by now.

Responding to an email that wasn’t meant for him brings Evan in contact with Tristan, a charming and gorgeous man. While they’re communicating through emails both men are equal. When they meet Evan has to decide whether or not he’s brave enough to take a chance that he will be rejected once again.

This was a sweet story. Evan drew me in from the moment I started reading and I was fully invested in his struggle and its outcome. And I loved the heat in this story, despite the fact there’s no explicit sex at all.

I love the way Nikka Michaels always manages to tell a full story in very few words. ‘Dating for Deafies’ confirmed that talent once again.
